Medicinal Minute with Ginger Webb
A note from Ginger:
Evening Primrose, particularly the pink species that grows in the central Texas, is a plentiful wildflower that can easily be cultivated for its leaves and flowers. I love making a tea with evening primrose. It is relaxing and calming for those of us who rely on adrenaline to get things done and occasionally overdo it. It has an immediate relaxing effect. It's acrid feel in the mouth is one of the clues that I use as an herbalist to help understand its relaxing effect on my muscles and mood.
