Class Refund & Payment Plan Policies

REFUND POLICY

Deposits and class payments are non-refundable, but may be used toward future classes* within a one year period if you contact us to withdraw at least 2 weeks BEFORE the class begins and you have not already received class materials. You may also gift your spot to another student anytime before class begins. If you withdraw after this time period, all payments made are not refundable or transferrable AND your full balance is still due if your payment plan is not complete.

Please understand that your tuition pays for a seat during that particular class and that is why we have to stick to this policy. If you have to miss some classes in a series, we will work with you to help you make up the material. We know that circumstances change and life challenges come up, but we cannot make exceptions. Thank you!

*Tuition may not be transferrable to classes taught by guest teachers.

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

We are happy to offer automatic monthly payment plans to students to help make our classes more accessible. We do not charge any extra for paying via a monthly payment plan. This works as long as the monthly payments happen automatically as scheduled.
Your automatic monthly payments will be charged on the same date as your first class payment (for example, if you registered and made your first payment on the 5th, your remaining payments will charge on the 5th of each month until your plan is complete).
When a monthly payment does not go through as scheduled and we have to follow up one or more times, it requires more time and energy on our part that we are not compensated for. Because of this, we will charge a $25 late fee on class payments starting in August of 2024. We know that unpredictable things happen, so you will get one "free pass" on a late payment per class session. If at any point during the year you need to arrange a different way to pay your monthly class payment, please reach out to us at least 2 days before your payment is due so we can arrange it in time.
