NJA note from Ginger:
One of my favorite nervines, calming both to the nervous system and the heart, lowering blood pressure, decreasing stress, and really just eliciting joy with its aromatic wonderfulness. My favorite fresh leaf tea I ever made was with fresh linden leaves and fresh sassafras leaves, made as a cold infusion in the fridge. Soft, demulcent, aromatic, chilled deliciousness.
