NJA note from Ginger:
Lobelia is specific for bronchial spasms and asthma, using small doses of 5-10 drops at a time of fresh plant tincture (tinctured 1:2). It opens up the airways, allowing you to take a deep breath. I find it safe in small doses and a very reliable medicine. The tincture is also excellent topically for calming muscle spasms and turning tight muscles "into buttah".
