Medicinal Minute with Ginger Webb

Medicinal Minute: Elderflower

A note from Ginger:

We could talk about the virtues of elder for days! Most often exalted for their antiviral and diaphoretic properties, elderflowers and elderberries are mainstays of many beginning herbalists’ apothecaries. Elderberry syrup has practically become a remedy found in most households. Elderflower is more delicate than the berries, but also more gentle and can be more safely given to young children.
