Medicinal Minute with Ginger Webb

Medicinal Minute: Elderflower

A note from Ginger:

Elderflowers and elderberries have similar effects in the body, with elderflowers being more gentle and appropriate for the very young. Both can be used for colds & flu, hayfever & allergies: anytime there is mucous and inflammation in the sinuses. Best drunk as a hot tea. Can halt a cold at the first sign of sinus irritation.
