Medicinal Minute with Ginger Webb

Medicinal Minute: Monarda

A note from Ginger:

Known by many names, including Bee Balm, Horsemint, and Wild Oregano, all of our Monarda species are strongly pungent and medicinal. Like so many members of the mint family, Monarda can be used as an anti-inflammatory to support throat, lungs and sinuses during infection. Monarda is specifically called for in those experiencing mold allergies: I have witnessed mold allergies clearing up for one individual after just one cup of strong tea.
